how to make an amplifier for speakers
Here in this post, you can learn how to make an amplifier using 2SC5200 and 2SA1943 with Diagram PCB. You can get The diagram from this post. this is a transistor amplifier circuit. In this article based on the video which video we can watch the end of this article. we can see that we use 8 transistor circuit board. and we use a 40-0-40 Voltage 8-ampere toroidal transformer. used 4 diodes and 2 capacitors for making AC to DC.
About the transistor
2sc5200 and 2sa1943 can take High Current Capability, It has High Power Dissipation, It has High Frequency: 30 MHz, This transistor has Excellent Gain Linearity for low THD This 2SC5200 is Complement to 2SA1943.

Transformer for this amplifier
To making this amplifier we have to use a good quality transformer. the most important is the transformer for an amplifier. Please always try to use the best quality transformer.
This circuit has 8 transistors. So per transistor need 1.2 amperes. here 8 transistors.
8X1.2=9.6 Ampere and 40-0-40 Volt need for this amplifier. we use 40-0-40 Voltage 8-ampere transformer.
You have to use a center tub transformer.
You can see the Diagram of the transformer. you must use 20-ampere Diode for making voltage. and always use 10000uf 100voltage Capacitor. and if you can use more capacitor for making good voltage. here in this picture you can see here used 6 pieces of capacitors.
if you use 8Amperes and 40 volts so you will get 320 Watts. we know that Voltage X ampere = Watts.
So, 40v X 8A=320 Watts. our amplifier will be 320 Watts.
