how to make an amplifier 2000 Watts using 2SC5200 and 2SA1943
We make an amplifier 2000 Watts. if you want to make yourself just follow us how to make an amplifier. Here we use a transistor for making this amplifier. here we use 2sc5200 and 2sa1943 transistor. We use 8 transistor board for making this amplifier.here in this amplifier we use 2 circuit board for making stereo sound system. Each circuit has 4 pieces of 2sc5200 and 2sa1943. per transistor can take 1.2 amperes. here we use 16 transistors. So 1.2 X 16 = 19.2 amperes need to run this circuit board.
What’s you need to make an amplifier?
Transistor circuit board
must use good quality one circuit board
Use a good one Transformer
here we made this transformer according to our needs. we need 20.8 amperes.
If you want to make transformer just click How to make
If you make transformer by yourself it will be good.
Using bridge rectifier diode:
Always use bridge rectifier diode so that you can use heatsink because it’s can be hot.
Using the capacitor:
Always use 100volt 10000 mfd capacitor for good performance
you can watch I used 4 capacitors in my amplifier making the video.
How can you know how many watts your amplifier?
It’s very simple to know. it depends on your Transformer and transistor to make.
if you use 20 amperes transformer you must need to use 16 transistors because per transistor 1.3 amperes.
So 50 volt and 20 amperes this why 50X20=1000 Watts. so per circuit 1000Watts. I used 2 circuits so this amplifier will be 2000Watts. Like this, if you use 35volt and 5 amperes Your amplifier will be 35X5=175Watts.
if you follow this rules to making an amplifier you will be a success to make a good amplifier otherwise you will get the problem with your amplifier. so use transistor according to your transformer.
so Let’s go to Watch the Video how to make an amplifier?
